This spaciously laid-out and well-designed Mulder 48 Futura Favorite Superieur ‘Seabreeze’ is a luxury motor yacht that is perfectly suited to longer stays on the water. It is, in every respect, a truly beautiful motor yacht built by the renowned Mulder shipyard in 1995, designed by Aad Volker in collaboration with Mulder. She is spacious, featuring a large saloon with comfortable sofas upholstered in cream leather and a functional galley opposite a cosy dinette. She is fitted with two powerful Perkins Sabre M135 diesel engines, each delivering around 135 pk and having clocked up only approximately 1,200 hours, as well as electric bow and stern thrusters with remote control. This Mulder 48 Futura Favorite Superieur accommodates 4 people. The owner’s cabin aft is fitted with a freestanding double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, towel radiator, washbasin and shower. The forward cabin features a double bed in a V-shape, with an adjacent toilet and washbasin. There is plenty of practical storage space throughout the motor yacht, and it is fitted with, amongst other things, a Vetus boiler for hot water, Kabola central heating, a generator, an inverter, a washing machine and a spacious aft deck with a generous sofa and an aft awning.
