This beautiful Bavaria E40 Flybridge is offered by her first owner, who purchased her as a demo yacht in 2017. She is a fully equipped, full-option E40 featuring the spacious Flybridge that was introduced as the flagship model of the range. Virtually every available factory option was selected, and she is presented in excellent condition throughout. The Bavaria E40 offers an abundance of practical living space, generous headroom, and plenty of natural light, making her an exceptionally versatile yacht for extended cruising or comfortable onboard living. The saloon is on the same level as the open aft cockpit, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living area. It features a well-appointed galley equipped with, among other things, an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and a deep top-loading refrigerator. The interior helm station is located amidships and provides excellent visibility while underway, with a helm bench accommodating approximately three people. The dining table can be lowered to create an additional double berth. Forward is the guest cabin, featuring a unique double berth that can be converted into a V-shaped berth. Aft is the spacious owner's cabin with a generously sized island double berth, accessible from both sides for maximum comfort. The yacht is powered by the larger Volvo Penta D4 300 hp diesel engine. She cruises comfortably at approximately 6 knots with an economical fuel consumption of around 5.2 litres per hour and reaches a top speed of approximately 13 knots. At her cruising speed of around 6 knots, she has an impressive cruising range of approximately 1,000 km. The yacht has been professionally maintained by Volvo Penta and has benefited from extensive upgrades in recent years. These include new batteries, new flooring in both cabins and the saloon, renewed upholstery in the saloon and helm seat, luxurious wooden interior panels in the bathrooms and saloon, new bathroom mirrors, premium mattresses in the owner's cabin, a new boiler heating element, a new induction cooktop, a new LG Smart TV, and a new bimini top.
