The Altena Trawler 53 with Stabilizers is now offered for sale. This seaworthy Altena Trawler is solidly built and equipped with all the comforts and luxury required for extended offshore cruising. The yacht is powered by two 175 hp John Deere engines, which are perfectly suited for economical operation at low RPM. Her performance is excellent, with a cruising speed of approximately 8 knots and a maximum speed of around 10 knots. Thanks to her robust construction and powerful equipment, including hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, the yacht is exceptionally easy to maneuver, even in less favorable weather conditions. During the period 2022–2023, the yacht underwent extensive maintenance and upgrades. The teak deck received major servicing, most of the windows were removed and refurbished or replaced where necessary, and the yacht benefited from a comprehensive winter service, among other improvements. The interior is beautifully finished in teak wood, complemented by light-colored upholstery, featuring imitation leather in the wheelhouse and fabric upholstery in the saloon. On board, there are three cabins: a forward owner's cabin with a freestanding double bed, an aft cabin with a double bed, and a guest cabin with two single berths.
