Offered by the first owner, this Stevenvlet 12.45 was built by the Schepenbouwers from Werkendam with the unmistakable design by Theo Gillissen. The construction of the ship started in 1998 and the launch took place in the year 2000. The hull is round-bilged and equipped with bilge keels on both sides, the bilge keels also offer the possibility of running aground with the ship. The sheltered cockpit offers sufficient seating with integrated storage boxes. In the floor of the cockpit there is access to a spacious storage room and also a passage to the engine room. In the aft ship there is the second cabin and a washing machine is placed here. When entering the saloon there is a saloon bench with table on the starboard side. On the port side next to the steering position there is a side door to the gangway with a middle bollard. Next to the steering position on the starboard side a second person can sail along in the direction of sailing. The galley is openly connected to the saloon. The bathroom with electric toilet and separate shower cabin are central accessible. In the front of the ship is the owner's cabin with a 2-persons French bed. The side deck runs completely around and is secured with a solid stainless steel railing. This Gillissen Stevenvlet 12.45 OK is equipped with: Full cockpit tent + winter tent is present, wooden foldable mast on foredeck, fully insulated exhaust line with dry exhaust, Simrad follow-up steering, bumper strip all around hull, large sliding roof above steering position, bench in saloon with extendable seat that can be used as an extra sleeping place.
