The Altena 52 is a fast going aluminum motor yacht designed by Theo Werner, built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Altena. The cockpit, saloon and wheelhouse are on single level floor and in open connection with each other. The stainless steel sliding doors provide access to the spacious living saloon. Below deck, this yacht offers sleeping accommodation for five people, divided into a French bed in the forward cabin / 2 x single bed midships on SB / 1 single bed midships on PS. All cabins have private shower and toilet facilities. In the floor of the open cockpit you have access to a spacious storage room and the heart of the electrical installations. A watertight door from the spacious storage room gives access to the engine room. Unique are the two integrated side stairs (SB+PS) that can be adjusted to scaffold height for easy step on. This Altena 52 is equipped with lighting and a heating element in the ceiling over the aft deck, the cockpit can be completely closed off with a removable tent, many stainless steel details on deck, 2 x door to bathing platform, sun bed on foredeck with removable cushions, storage space in forepeek for fenders and lines, lots of light and good visibility all around through the large window area so you can enjoy the ultimate feeling on the water, electric pleated curtains, TV on elevator, Volvo Penta docking station, AIS, 2 x electrically operated telescopic spud poles (fore + aft) making mooring child's play and access to the most beautiful anchor locations, storage in floor by galley, tanks with manholes, professionally equipped engine room with good accessibility to the technology, clearance approx. 3.45m.
